Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to what borrowers ask us most often.
Do you charge any fees?
Yes, and here it is in plain terms: our service fee is 1% of your loan amount — the same for every loan type, with nothing hidden.
You pay it only after your loan is disbursed — that is, after the money has actually reached your bank account. Not at enquiry, not at application, not even at sanction. Only after you have the money in hand.
To be completely clear:
- Nothing before your loan is sanctioned — no file charges, no “processing” payment, no advance of any kind
- If your loan doesn’t come through, you owe us nothing
- The bank or NBFC may charge its own processing fee as per their terms — that is separate from our 1%, and is standard on any loan
If anyone asks you for money upfront in our name, it is not us. Our only numbers are 8193956308, 7880303107 and WhatsApp 7007036643.
Will applying through you affect my CIBIL score?
Every time a bank or NBFC formally checks your credit for a loan, it leaves a record called a “hard enquiry” on your report. Several of these in a short span can pull your score down — which is why applying to five banks yourself often does more harm than good.
We work the other way round. We look at your profile first and approach only the lenders whose criteria you genuinely fit — usually one or two. Fewer applications mean fewer enquiries on your report, so your score is protected rather than chipped away.
Talking to us costs you nothing and leaves no mark on your credit report. We only approach a lender once you’ve agreed on the plan.
A bank has already rejected my loan. Can you still help?
Very often, yes — and it’s one of the most common reasons people come to us.
A rejection usually means you didn’t match that particular lender’s rules, not that you can’t get a loan anywhere. Every bank and NBFC sets its own conditions on income, employment type, age, existing EMIs and CIBIL score. A profile one lender declines can be perfectly acceptable to another, and NBFCs are frequently more flexible than large banks.
With 90+ banks and NBFCs on our panel, our job is to find the ones your profile actually fits instead of trying your luck again at the same counter.
And we’ll be straight with you: if we don’t think a loan is realistic right now, we’ll say so and explain what to improve first — rather than putting you through another rejection.
I'm self-employed and don't have salary slips. Can I still get a loan?
Yes. Self-employed applicants are a large part of what we do.
In place of salary slips, lenders look at other evidence of income — usually bank statements (often 6–12 months), ITR filings, GST returns, or proof of your business. What’s required varies by lender and loan type, and some NBFCs are noticeably more flexible here than large banks.
If your paperwork is incomplete, tell us what you do have. It’s usually possible to work with it, and we’ll tell you honestly what’s still needed before you spend time on an application.
How much loan can I get, and at what interest rate?
It depends on your profile — and any number quoted before looking at it would simply be guesswork.
Lenders generally weigh up your income and how steady it is, your CIBIL score, EMIs you’re already paying, your age and remaining working years, the type of loan, and for home, property or vehicle loans, the value of the asset.
A useful rule of thumb: most lenders prefer your total EMIs — including the new loan — to stay under roughly half your monthly income.
To get a feel for affordability right now, try our EMI calculator: enter an amount and tenure and it shows the monthly instalment instantly. For an accurate figure, one short call is quicker than any online estimate — we’ll tell you the realistic range and which lenders suit you.
Interest rates are set by the lender based on your profile, so we share indicative ranges only, never a fixed promise.
What documents will I need?
It varies a little by loan type, but most applications need: your PAN card, Aadhaar card, recent bank statements, and proof of income (salary slips for salaried applicants, or ITR/GST returns for self-employed applicants). Loans secured against an asset — home, property, gold or a vehicle — also need documents for that asset.
Each loan page on this site lists the specific documents for that loan type. If you’re not sure what you have is enough, just tell us — we’ll confirm before you need to arrange anything extra.
How long does approval usually take?
For most personal, gold and vehicle loans, approvals typically come through in 2–5 days once your documents are complete — gold loans are often the fastest, sometimes within hours. Home loans, Loan Against Property, and business or project loans usually take a bit longer, since they involve property or business verification.
This is always a typical range, not a promise — the lender makes the final call, and unusual cases can take longer. We’ll give you a realistic estimate for your specific situation once we understand it.
Do I need to visit an office to apply?
No — most of the process can be handled over phone and WhatsApp, including sharing documents. We do have a physical office in Kanpur (26/51, Birhana Road, opposite Kotak Mahindra Bank) if you’d prefer to meet in person or drop off documents, but it’s entirely your choice.
Some lenders may require an in-person or video verification as part of their own process — if that applies to your loan, we’ll tell you in advance.
What if my CIBIL score is low?
A low score narrows your options, but it doesn’t close them. Some NBFCs on our panel specifically work with applicants who have a weaker or thin credit history, often at a somewhat higher interest rate to offset the risk. Secured loans — gold loans especially, and to some extent Loan Against Property — are usually more accessible than unsecured personal loans if your score is low.
We’ll look at your profile honestly and tell you what’s realistically possible, along with practical steps to improve your score for next time. See our CIBIL Score Guide for a full explanation of how scores work and how to raise yours.
Which cities do you serve?
We work with customers all across India — our process is designed to run over phone and WhatsApp, so your city doesn’t limit which lenders we can approach on your behalf. Our office is based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, if you’d like to visit in person, but that’s entirely optional.
How does matching me to 90+ banks and NBFCs actually work?
Every bank and NBFC sets its own rules — on income, employment type, CIBIL score, existing loans, and more. Rather than sending your application everywhere and hoping one sticks (which also hurts your credit score, see our CIBIL question above), we first understand your profile and your loan need, then approach only the lenders whose criteria you genuinely fit.
This comes from experience: since 2016, we’ve helped arrange over ₹100 crore in loans for 5,000+ customers, which is what tells us which lenders are realistic for which kind of profile.
